Yes they are, you should't have any issues.

How long does it take to get my products?
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Time:
United State/Australia: 7-15 Business Days
Canada/Europe: 7-18 Business Days
Rest of World: 7-20 Business Days
For some remote areas, it may take up to 20-60 business days to deliver the parcel.
Why did I only receive one of my items?
If you ordered more than one item, then you could receive multiple packages. This is due to having multiple warehouses around the world.

Do you ship world wide?
We currently DO NOT ship to Fiji, India, Indonesia, Isle of Man, and Virgin Islands.

I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
You have 24 hours to reach out to us via email to help@shopstarlaa.com to change your order details.
I received a damaged product.

Can I exchange my phone case?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for all of our phone cases because every design is made specifically for you and we do not carry inventory.
